Assignment 2 - Photo Use Scenario - Idea

The goal of this application is to demystify the interdisciplinary nature of SIMS by illuminating the interaction between SIMS and other departments at UC-Berkeley. Users will be able to view pictures of other departments' buildings, lectures, events, professors, and students, as well as related links to scheduled activities, conferences and seminars across the numerous disciplines which may be of interest to SIMS students. Additionally, users may create a map filled with photo landmarks from SIMS to other buildings on campus which have ties to SIMS. This will enable SIMS students, as well as other interested parties, to explore the the ways in which different departments on the Berkeley campus interact with SIMS, provide a roadmap for activities happening in other departments that are related to SIMS, and help students to find their way around campus.
