INFOSYS 271: Quantitative Research Methods for Information Systems and Management

Course Description

Three hours per week. This course will describe some basic methods of quantitative analysis. Students should have had at least one basic statistics course and be comfortable with quantitative methods. Topics will include statistics review, estimation, hypothesis testing, forecasting. Regression analysis. If there is time and interest we can also discuss some other topics such as optimization methods, game theory, modeling, etc.
