This website provides a set of resources on Turkish child language for the usage of language acquisition researchers interrested in crosslinguistic data and methods. A range of interesting developmental psycholinguistic issues have arisen from past and current scholarly attention to the Turkish language. This page attempts to lay out some of the previous work through listing of some annotated print resources and downloadable on-line papers in addition to suggesting areas awaiting further research. In addition, two of the co-authored papers written by the implementer of this website are provided in the HTML format.
If you are interested in carrying out research involving Turkish, you might need some devices such as dictionaries, and morphological parsers. Here you will find links to such online tools that were specifically built (or are in the process of being built) to be applied to Turkish data. Such devices might benefit researchers who are looking for automated ways for facilitating their analysis of data.
