Biography Professor Samuelson has written and spoken extensively about the challenges that new information technologies are posing for traditional legal regimes. She is a Fellow of the Electronic Frontier Foundation and of the Cyberspace Law Institute. She also serves on the LEXIS-NEXIS Electronic Publishing Advisory Board and on the editorial boards of the Electronic Information Law & Policy Report and of the TechnoLaw Roundtable. Professor Samuelson holds a joint appointment in the School of Law.
