Biography My work at the School of Information focuses on Human Computer Interaction and the development of social applications to enhance the education of inner city youth through hip-hop media. I am currently developing a social network for youth, teachers, and mentors called 'Word. Sound. Life.' (www.wordsoundlife.org). I am also interested in user interface design and other aspects of making digital learning more interesting for youth, as well as conveying the message in the most effective way possible.
As a side note, I am a HUGE comic book collector and fan and some of my work involves studying the medium and bringing aspects of comic media into the world of information systems.
